Besten Alya offers olive oil products sourced from Hasbaya, Lebanon. Product availability, packaging, sizes, and prices may change without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability, subject to applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges and available shipping options are calculated during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. Customers should report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Free Bottles Campaign

The promotional offer is available to eligible first-time customers, limited to one free 250 ml bottle per customer. Customers pay delivery charges. Promotional bottles cannot be returned or exchanged voluntarily, and no voluntary refunds are offered. The offer lasts while stocks remain. Besten Alya may reject duplicate or fraudulent claims. These conditions do not exclude rights protected by applicable law.
